I've been working on Hangouts for daydream to show what a native social layer could look like on the Daydream platform. Instead of creating just another game or app, my goal was to build a environment that copies Google's official design, functioning less like an app and more like a built-in system feature. The concept was heavily inspired by the Meta Horizon Home Announcement video, which beautifully demonstrated the potential of an integrated, avatar-driven social living room.
